For our Client we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of:

Test Lead (SAP)

Location: remote

Job type: B2B (with Hays Poland)

Length: 6 months

Start date: ASAP

Working hours: standard business hours

Rate: 140 – 180 PLN net + vat/h

What will you do:

• Monitor and evaluate the overall project testing milestone including identifying issues and risks
• Track and report on project test progress including preparing presentations and regular status reports
• Communicate key testing deliverables and changes including requirements, quality assurance plans, and schedule 
• Provide direction and support to the project team.  Ensure that all members understand and are on board with the project testing tasks, including the delegated tasks.
• Drive test development, planning, execution, reporting and closure
• Lead test execution activities  
• Collaborate with the subject matter experts to determine the test scenarios and provide guidance to the creation of test cases
• Provide training for the test execution team on the test process, including changes and enhancements to test plans and scripts, to help ensure robust end to end test procedures are in place
• Identify roadblock that can impact the quality of tests and propose resolution
• Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the test plan
• Review test and validation results to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria
• Facilitate daily defect status calls

What we expect from you: 

• Minimum 3+ years of experience with leading the testing effort for projects of moderate complexity
• Experience working with people in geographically dispersed teams
• Results driven individual with working understanding of project management  
• Minimum 3+ years of experience with leading the testing effort for projects of moderate complexity
• Results driven individual with strong understanding of testing methodology and best practices
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with project team, stakeholders and vendors
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent priorities in a timely and organized manner
