Randstad, together with Aker Solutions, is currently looking for an QuantityProject Controller who will join the team and strengthen our capabilities in ourbrand-new Gdańskoffice.

What we expect

• Master’s, Bachelor’s or Technician degree within engineering or equivalent (technical competency with some level of experience can compensate for lack of degree).
• Strong proficiency in software tools such as MS Excel and database tools.
• Knowledge of industrial technical trades and ability to interpret contracts effectively.
• Experience in project control, quantity measurement, construction management or similar.
• Structured and analytical approach to work with a commercial interest and attitude.
• Respect for deadlines and ability to work under pressure
• Collaborative attitude, excellent listening, and communication skills with openness to work in an international environment.
• Proactive mindset and can-do attitude is preferable.

Your tasks

• Supporting the preparation of quantity forecasts for clients in accordance with contracts.
• Prepare estimates of construction man-hours in EPC projects based on design information.
• Verifying quantity measurement updates from subcontractors.
• Monitoring and consolidating overall quantity forecasts and updates, including input to project control monthly and baseline processes.
• Calculating revenue basis for tenders and projects.
• Supporting business management processes in tenders and projects.
• Identifying and managing risks and opportunities in measurement contracts.
• Preparing and presenting information to project management teams.
• Assisting with other estimation activities within the department.
• Estimating the impact of construction changes.

You will work in the intersection between engineering, fabrication and finance, contributing to delivering projects on time, within budget and according to specifications.
